Once the sensors have been built and programmed, they are distributed to everyone's homes by Sans Bitume volunteers. When the sensors are received, they are asked to sign a receipt authorizing the organization to use certain data from the sensors, while ensuring the anonymity of the sensor owners in order to comply with RGPD rules.
The sensor is supplied with its instructions for installation.
